That Ross McCormack deal is fucked up. I guess if he gets them promoted it will be worth more than £11mil, but as a stand-alone deal/fee it's crazy.

I'd image they cost a lot more in signing bonuses and wages though. Although the fee for MCormack seems silly it's not always as obvious as looking at transfer fees.

(i think there will be the usual problems with arsenal in that in the middle they simply wont be able to complete with Chelsea (aka Mata and Fab) City (aka Toure and Ferdino)

Wilshere and Ramsey won't start together in midfield. That'd be suicide. At the moment I'd say this is what they'll play, but a DM is needed to replace Arteta.

£2m fee for an out of contract player seems strange, especially as Everton have the right to challenge citys champions league place under the fair play ruling I would of hoped it could be negotiated away.. I guess there could be more favourable loan deals lined up this year though.

I can't see Sanchez starting on the left very often. He's best on the right or up top for me. Even central behind Giroud would be a better option that on the left.

Agree with that, certainly against the better teams anyway.

On last seasons performances I don't see how Wilshire warrants a starting place anyway.
