Well if it's anything like the Muamba case (and probably more similar cases) then these people who tweeted off personal accounts are looking at jail time.

And non personal obviously as they could easily track them down. :P

after 5 games including some toughies, Moyes had 7 points and the "Moyes Out" banners started to appear.

After 5 games all easy ones, LvG has 5 points but it's still a new dawn.

:P

I said last week that it was only a truly dreadful QPR team they'd beaten, and there were still the signs that teams could still rip thru the heart of Utd. And so it's proven.

If nothing else, I reckon we can be sure that teams will no longer roll over for Utd.

Hope the performances at Utd and (to certain extent) Spurs don't let Rodgers off the hook in the media. His side is an abject mess at the moment.

I guess he'd point out that Suarez and Sturridge are difficult to replace? That said, I don't make much of his signings but then I don't know how much involvement he has in those and perhaps it's harsh to judge so early in the season - takes time to settle/gel?

Sturridge is a major loss to Liverpool at the moment. Suarez would not have done a tap if still at Liverpool because he still would have been suspended until near the end of October. Im not one to be so simplistic as to say its the Suarez factor that is affecting Liverpool this season. They started last year a lot better and they did not have him then. Its a multitude of factors including a lot of new faces trying to gel; Sturidge's injury; suspect tactics; dodgy as fuck defending; accommodating a piss poor captain/not challenging his position; wobbly keeper; an inability to break down a team who is defending something.

I still think given some time this Liverpool team have the potential to be a lot better than they are showing now, but the major thing they need to work on is the defending including in front of the back 4. Organisation and communication are very much needed. It will be interesting to see if anything comes of the Valdes thing.

We've gone backwards defensively and his keeper is the worst I've seen at the club since Arphexad.

United going forward look frightening at times. Once they get it right at the back they will be a force again. They wont win the title, but even though they lost 5-3 against an average team, I saw enough signs in the first half to suggest they will start outscoring teams.

I'm not a united fan btw just looking at it as a neutral.

I agree. Great attacking play at times.Really looking forward to them gelling, which they will.

But how long will it take to get it right at the back? That was as shambolic as I've ever seen from a Utd defence yesterday.

yep, screaming so much that your face goes red is the way to fill your players with confidence.

Yeah it does! Also his work rate was off the chart, even for him. Speaking/shouting to the ref, telling other Utd players to step away etc.

One of the best bits of the game :D

On a more positive note Rooney looks like a proper captain.

I was going say something say something similar. He was like a school kid going around blaming everyone else in the clip I saw.

Man Utd will win convincingly next weekend.

Only if Adrian decides to keep calm again I reckon :P But I am starting to believe, its possible we could get a win!

And lets not forget Spurs lost to, what a great weekend for the premier league!

To be fair yesterday wasn't all problems at the back, it came from giving the ball away and being hit on the break. Yes there were defensive issues yesterday but you keep the ball better and that doesn't happen. I wouldn't panic if I was LVG and start going defensive, that line up yesterday will beat most teams when they keep their shape and the ball better. Don't forget 2 of the goals shouldn't have stood yesterday.

They have problems but at least they look like they have pace and goals in them now.

I think it's likely Man Utd will score at least two, which means to get a result we'll need to score two (obviously). We've not managed that on many occasions as Old Trafford in the last 50 years...still "it's a funny old game"

At home to a club who didn't have a point...yeah I laughed too!
