Journey time from Bristol Weds Morning

Anyone have any idea how much time to allow travelling from central Bristol on weds morning.

Want to get to the festival by 7am at latest

In my experience, it doesn't take much longer than that journey would usually take (less than an hour). But, admittedly I haven't done that journey in a few years.

If you leave Bristol early am, you won't hit traffic in the city. I'd say you'll only risk getting stuck near the site. I'd maybe allow 2 hours? That way there's some leeway if you do hit traffic.

Wasn't it 2009 with all the traffic jams? I remember feeling I had a lucky escape as I was deciding whether to get the coach or train from Bristol, and decided on the train at the last minute- phew!

Yea I think a 5am Bristol departure looks likely. Didn't they open the gates early last year anyway
