For what it's worth discord think it's about as realistic as we do.

So the only scenario under which the name is even looked at, is if the photo is queried.   If the name is clearly for the same person (as yours is), then nobody is going to be bothered about whether it exactly matches what's on your birth certificate.   Really don't worry about it.
