is it not time to see a dance act back on the headline, long time since the Chems in 2000 (and the Basemant Jaxx in '05 but they were in as a fill in for Kylie) but even still that's 9 years since a dance act, any thoughts?

Are we really dismissing The Strokes as headliners? I know they haven't released anything of late (apart from Comedown Machine) but it's The Strokes, their the reason indie guitar music came back to the UK, I personally would love to see them play and think they deserve a headline slot as much as Foo Fighters do

Prydz v Deadmau5 on the other would be miles better in my opinion.

Prydz at MSG set and visuals are well worth seeing

Christ knows why it listed 3 times, but as I'm here the foos new album is nothing inspiring, it's just same old foo fighters but in a different city

Eh I'd disagree but there's no real way to quantify it. Either way I am all for the idea of a smaller headliner to pave the way for the future. As mentioned before, Hot Chip and Sigur Ros would be belting.

Well people kept referring to albums and ticket sales to justify Taylor Swift headlining but he scored more in each of those. I agree he'd be a dull choice to headline but it's just worth pointing out.

I agree. Ive seen prydz quite a few times. I want to see him doing a Cirez D set, but those 2 together on the other would be different and miles more interesting than Calvin Harris

Prydz didn't headline GG even with his EPIC set... Not that was possible anyway & the tent emptied to about 1/3 after they'd seen what was all about
