I want to put money on an 80/1 Adele slot... but I'm convinced it's Foo Fighters for Sunday... They lowered the odds based on a stream of bets coming in at once for it, and there was no mention of people from these forums betting for Sunday, friends of people in the know being given a tip? Just speculating of course! But they're the typical last day festival band with big closing songs like Best of you, Everlong and Times like these...

If its true that the headliners were booked months ago then aren't the chances of Taylor Swift and the Foo Fighters headlining less likely considering they've only just released new albums?

no, the bands have a general idea when they'll be finished recording, and releasing albums and ready to tour.

these UK gigs for both will have been planned for a few months at this stage.

their booking agents will have shopped them around to festivals/promoters months ago.

any medium/big acts know at this stage whether or not they'll be touring. headliners for large festivals are usually completely signed-off well before Xmas.
