The thought of all this is making me feel quite sick.

The fact that Chris Martin could be involved makes me feel slightly angry whilst bored to death. I really think that Glastonbury festival could be doing something new and exciting rather than subcoomb to the lows of the whining male. I think that Glasto could be involving themselves with a more upbeat personality whose music isn't turning into tasteless pop.

I'm also very apprehensious about this 'collaboration'. I don't think that they always work to be quite honest with you all. They seem to lack a 'tight' sound and 'will the audience really know the songs?', 'Will the discography be a sufficient quality?' A headliner really needs to have a very strong back catalogue and an abundance of hits which a collaboration could prove to not have.

I think it's a risk and with Kanye as an existing risk we just really need a solid British band.

The line up that we know about already shouts to Mr plenty of colaborations during sets. So it's drawn me to think Chris Martin leading some sort of superrgroup with people not on poster. Kind of like mumfords last song on 13 only more organised

This is in the mirror (I know...not reliable)

He tells 3am he’ll be announcing the final addition(s) to the Sunday line-up of the Pyramid Stage on June 1.

The biggest hint offered by the organiser, 79, to this closely guarded secret came when he revealed: “It’s actually two bands that will be sort of joining.”

These are slightly different quotes. What's 3am and are to reliable? I suspect not if in the mirror

Thought I'd read all the comments, evidently not, there's rather a lot of them!

A few times! (including by me).

Basically, if you think of an act that you reckon hasn't been mentioned - they probably have. We're onto Chris Martin with Special Guests No Doubt for god's sake!

They will be the same quotes slightly altered so it doesn't seem like they have been stolen.

Its easy to mock calvin harris (who was quite interesting when he started out I thought...was a touch of the jacques lu cont about what he was doing)..

but its between him & one direction to be biggest british music act in the world currently* (and you could argue in the world top 4/5..considering hit singles , his Vegas club residencies / dance music festival charge rates)

*I'd have to bother checking the sales figures / money generated against one direction last couple years.

one direction are bigger. Should they be considered?
