It just goes to show how little interest I've paid to them since I saw them live. There's a reason why.

I hope The Dead Weather are there but I'm not pinning too much hope on it. Would really want them high up on Other or something though rather than Jack's preferred stage, same as I'd have preferred him this year.

Yes great tune. My most of enjoyable of all Jack Whites live appearances with different bands etc.

Also nice to have some Son House at Glasto!

Wish I'd gone to see Goldfrapp instead of Jack White. It was a horrific clash and I chose most unwisely. Jack White was one of my few must see's and it was with a heavy heart I chose him above numerous other acts I really wanted to see (think John Grant was another?) Was most disappointed and even though we tried to mooch over to see Goldfrapp we got there just as it ended. Sounded frickin awesome on the way though.

Regrets.... I've had a few..............

If its any consolation Goldfrapp were poo for at least half the setlist. I am all for Alison doing her ethereal folky music to a degree, but you can't do half an hour - 45 mins of it straight at a festival, on a large outdoor stage, and expect to captivate the interest of all but those right at the front of the gig. The last 4 songs of Number 1, Train, White Horse and Strict Machine were of course brilliant... but a lot of less bothered friends had lost all interest by then.

Oh and apparently she mimed, but couldn't tell if you were there.

They did finish after Jack White - as thankfully we left JW early due to it being rubbish and caught lots of Paul and Jacqui who were flipping ace.
