There are two particular west country farmers who had enough of a fondness of those public school boys from London that they let them headline their festival!

One of them isn't really a farmer is she?

it's been thrown around for a while but Florence, Foo Fighters, Elton John sounds like a really nice trio.

I'd say it's stronger than some of the past trios.

I genuinely think that would be almost as dire a trio of headliners as you could imagine.

Not quite the worst, because you could have some of the other nonsense mentioned, like Take That or Black Eyed Peas, but bad nonetheless.

Anyone who thinks that lineup's better than this year's headliners needs medical help IMO.

Arcade Fire alone are immeasurably better than the first two and Elton John's live shows aren't what they once were either.

Am hoping that they are keeping it super secret because the headliners are REALLY good...

What's particularly telling is that aside from the Foos, there aren't even any strong rumours on efests. Either they're keeping their cards very close to their chest, or they haven't actually booked anyone yet so there's nothing to know.

Also, that is a pretty high slot for an act which is far more popular in the UK than the US.

Flo is still in with a shout at IOW, now that Kasabian are seemingly out (or not quite as nailed on as we thought) and R&L, as she is playing a bunch of EU fests around then too.

Personally I think Glastonbury is more likely to get her first, but its far from nailed on.
