Ay that's the reason I wouldn't watch them. Broke my heart when they started playing guiding light when I saw them.

They left out Hysteria, Butterflies and Hurricanes, New Born, Citizen Erased, all but one song on Showbiz, and they played Guiding Light and Undisclosed Desires! What were they thinking?

Aside from United States of Eurasia and MK Ultra, The Resistance can get bunned

I think that if they go for a female pop star, she is most likely. Flo would be but not in the same year as Fleetwood Mac.

Florence and the Machine and Fleetwood Mac are not that alike at all. I don't know where people get this notion. Same when people say Coldplay an Muse are super alike to Radiohead.

It's don't think they're too similar either. I do however think it's unlikely they will be booked to headline in the same year. I may be wrong of course.

Any combination of:

Fleetwood Mac

Radiohead

Foo Fighters

Kanye West

would do me. Not fussed in the slightest for Muse because they will definitely play a set filled with a load of crap from their last two albums, and I can't see why Glastonbury would be interested in booking a band who only played a few years ago, and who will probably play a very similar set, when there are plenty of fresh alternatives out there.

Prince would be great but, y'know, it's Prince.

Haven't allowed myself to think too much about possible acts before getting tickets but now that I have them...

Fuck knows! I can't really think of anyone who I'd like to see outside of unrealistics like Macca and Bowie. I'd like a 'greatest hits' Radiohead set but that could probably be filed under unrealistics as well. Foos would be a decent, if uninspiring, choice. The Cure perhaps. AC/DC would be fun.

I can think of plenty of bands that I'd really like to see, but none that are headliner standard. It'll be interesting to see who they come up with for sure.
