actually it isnt, they are every bit a similar sized band fanbase wise and popularity wise to the pumpkins., thats a very good comparison actually.....not slagging off pearl jam but they arent as big here as you claim they are

It's a very poor comparison in the UK. Pumpkins / Pixies have been playing Academy size venues the last couple of tours (1000 - 2000 capapcity) Pearl Jam always play Arena's and sell them out within hours, if not minutes.

Kanye and Foo's mentioned. Also Florence... maybe it's a sign?!

Could have saved ourselves 990 pages...

to there own fans yes....a festival is a different matter as is the case with any act....they have a dedicated fanbase...but would enough of that fanbase be at glasto? doubtful
