When ticketmaster send U tickets do they not have to be signed for so how can the ppl complain they never received them and try and scam me

They dont need to be signed for, I got mine sent to my old address as tickemaster did not change my address on my ticketmaster account as I asked them to.& the new owner got them through the post like a normal letter, no need to sign for.I called ticketmaster to see what was going on & they said if I could not get them back from my old address they simply cancel those ones & re-issue for me to go to box office at the event so yes the owner of the ticket could simply say they have been lost in the mail & they get new ticket & you would be out of luck.

I don't think there is but it's just scaremongering, most people sell tickets are genuine and can't go. When you get your camper wrist band they scan the ticket barrcode but names are never checked so it's not an issue, I wouldn't worry too much or try and buy from someone you know.
