Was pretty fun, 10/10 would do it again.

Does anyone know anywhere decent to eat in Bristol? Headed down this afternoon for the War on drugs tonight and would quite like some top quality scran.

So much choice in Bristol - depends what you fancy and your budget.

There ism a Chinese down a back street not far from the O32 but I can't remember it's name!! Not sure if the pub next door does food - does great beer though!!

All along the waterfront/harbour there are loads of places to eat.

Morning all.

Well still trawling through "I" and about to start more painting.

Sunny and cold here.

What on earth is happening with the Taylor Swift thread, I can't believe its still going, I for one if she plays will not be there.

If TS does play, like all acts on all stages, there is so much else to see and do. That's what is so damn good............... as well as the just being there in the first place.

They can fill the Pyramid with stuff like her and I really would not care less.

That's what the Pyramid is for really, pop gubbins or lads n guitars. I couldn't name you a single TS tune, but i like the idea of new blood rather than, say, Muse or some old blokes trotting out the hits of yesteryear.

Still, so much more to do and see, as you say, that it's just not worth worrying about stuff you're not into.

Home time for me now, I'm leaving south america. 3 flights and many hours and I'll be back in Europe!

Opened with Foals- Blue Blood, was a bit of an indie night although best crowd reaction was for wu tang clan and pearl jam.

Haha useful stuff, can imagine we'll end up in a pub of some sort.

Cheers will have a wander down the waterfront bit I think, how big is this 02 place? They seem to have sold out.

Big but not big........ it is on 3/4 levels though I have always been as front and centre as I can possibly get.

Sell outs there are odd - one week we saw Clean Bandit which was packed solid and sold out, the next day KatyB that was pretty empty - plenty of dance space but was also sold out!?? Most odd.

The 'short cut' from the harbour area is:

Head towards the Hippadrome - Big red fronted building near all the taxi ranks on main street (A4). As you stand looking at it just to the left is a small lane... go up there, past the Chinese I said about, and keep straightish on and you come to the pub outside the O2.

Go round to the right and the O2 entrance is right in front of you.

Disclaimer - If you get lost it is Taylor Swifts fault.

Whoa boy! It's only Thursday! Premature finbarrilation!

I always like to get up and running with an early start though will often come to a finish too early as a result. That said, however, the feeling of finbarrillation is one that greets on a frequent basis and I love to share to feeling with all around me with a firm feeling to all.
