Sort of! We named our house Bwthyn Cwtch, which is Welsh. Bwthyn means cottage. Cwtch is a sort of 'unofficial' welsh word, meaning warm, cosy, or cuddle. So our house is a warm cosy cottage of cuddles!

Really don't get the 50 shades of shite thing. It is somewhat amplified by the fact that it seems every single business is using it in one way or another as a promotional tool. And I believe there's more than one book which means more fecking movies. Le sigh.

Hey peeps. Hope everyone has had a happy Sunday. I spent most of it with my grandad, which was lovely, but as I do every time, I cried my little heart out when I got home. We lost nana in September and for all I try, I can't fix him. His grief is so raw it hurts me.

Thurlow I hope your dad is still 'no worse' and you get good news at the specialist tomorrow.

On a brighter note, I have a very clever dog who wrote me a Valentine's card all by himself... in joined up writing! Made me smile.

Sorry to hear this. You all must be grieving, and dealing with it in different ways. Would him talking to CRUSE help? It's a bereavement group for counselling, advice and chatting, and it helped me. You being there will be a help to him too. I'm sorry if this is the wrong tone or not wanted, just wanted to offer some information.

I've always said 'scooch up' myself, but I think some people use 'cwtch' for the same meaning.
