Had a absolutely wonderful weekend, feel so blessed to of met such wonderful people from here, totally restores your faith in humankind.

Yup, I got a kit for ricotta and mozzarella making from 'the big cheese'. Came with a thermometer, cheesecloth and cheese board. The only other equipment you need are standard kitchen bits. A great idea, as you don't need any fancy bits like moulds or a press.

The only 'forecast' we do is the one where we put our faith and trust in the wonderful weather gods and that it will be NFR NFC
