Today I will mostly be wearing a heat pack across my neck and shoulders. Heard gumby jr. waking up earlier, reached up to get my glasses from the shelf above the bed, and felt a crack in my neck. Now I can only turn my head about half as far as normal without shooting pains down my neck and across my shoulders.
