Sorry peeps, been mad busy at work so unable to post.

Tippy is fine today, took them down the bog and they've had a good run and she did a somersault after tripping herself up running so fast. (not head related just something she does cos she trips herself up doing wicked turns at speed)

CG, your vet sounds like an asshole. I'd be going to someone else. Dogs dont just bite, there are ALWAYS warning signs just people tend not to know what to look for. If your dog is licking his lips its usually the first sign that they feel uncomfortable. Not a lot of people know that unfortunately. The sudden change in behaviour is most likely due to something wrong, maybe when they went to put a lead on it hurt and pooch reacted. Dogs don't tend to show it when they are sore somewhere, so rainbow bridge is definitely the last place I would be thinking off. I'd be getting a thorough check up.

And lastly I would just like to pipe in and say CELERY IS EVIL!!!

Thanx HMV, I appreciate that. I'll see what the different vet says tomorrow. Glad Tippy is doing fine.

OK, to Friday. Woke up, had top hotel brekkie. Headed out around eclipse time, thinking we'd pass Dam Square and it would be a good place to see it. V cloudy. Got to train station and noticed a couple of people looking up. The cloud thinned just enough to see it and (hopefully) not do too much eye-damage!

Train back to Schipol, shuttle bus to Port Zelande. An explanation; every two years Marillion hire out this particular Center Parcs, build a marquee with a stage and perform three different sets over three nights to nearly 3000 people. We're in a lodge of 12 and go by the name of the Parrotheads (don't ask). Friday night Marillion were to play their album Anoraknophobia in full. Someone found parrot anoraks. Fancy dress sorted. (I would link a FB photo but their someone else's and it looks like I can't get the link!). Gig was amazeballs.

Post gig was a rock disco. Mosh was had. Body was bruised (had a bit of a slip on some spilt beer).

Had some chips and mayo and had an early night (about 2pm). Big day on Saturday...
