Evening all. Sorry for my non attendance the last few days, been chatting a lot to the sis and family. And been to work since 0630 this morning... Which was really 0530! I hate the clocks changing. However it is a sign of summer on its way so all is good. Bloody windy up North!!

I have never knowingly taken illegal substances but I was spiked once and lost 5 and a 1/4 hours of my life! I was having the most amazing time watching elbow and eagerly awaiting Coldplay (whom by the way, Was the only band I wanted to see that year)! I remember turning to a random woman called Susan (behind me) and saying, this is it... Putting my arms in the air as they were coming on stage... Then nothing. 0315 in the morning I come to at Williams green wondering why we didn't see Coldplay, to everyone laughing at me. Apparently I went nuts and was raving to Coldplay. My SO CALLED MATES had put MDMA in my bottle of sambuca. I didn't sleep for the rest of the time there and felt dreadful.

I got spiked, I think with E once. The evening itself was quite pleasant - didn't have a big rush, just a slightly out of body experience where I knew what I was doing but it didn't quite feel like I was doing it. Was round someone's house just chatting when it started to affect.

The comedown was terrible though. Two weeks where I could barely eat because my mouth was so dry. Lost about half a stone in weight. And people do this for fun? No thanks!

No i dont have kids, he's my 4month old nephew. Was his christening today so the rest of my family have gone out on the boooze to celebrate it and my brothers 21st birthday and i came home to look after him and my dad who got drunk

Ah aren't you got canny!! How old are you Thurlow?

Really!! Oh I love getting drunk. Not so I'm falling over or owt, just merry. I seem to be the real me when I've had a few and have even been known to be funny! I think I may lack in confidence when meeting new people.

Oh to be young. That was lovely of you to look after the bambino and papa and let everyone else go out. Then again, you have prep to do! Are you ready for the interview? Is it for the same job as you're doing but a different place?

I've got my niece and nephews here for the weekend. House is wrecked, dropping them home in the morning before I go to work.

Can't say I'd be overkeen on seeing RHCP, loved Mothers Milk but not been overly into anything since then.

I just want the announcement so I can examine the undercard and start exploring new acts.

Got spiked with acid by my (now ex) best friend. Thought she was giving me an E but it was a tab. Was seriously pissed off cos the last time I'd done any acid which had been years previous I had had a seriously bad trip and swore never to do it again and she was well aware of that fact. Was so high I nearly ran out in front of a truck cos I couldn't stop running down the street, only thing that saved me was timing. So didn't ever want to do it again.

Its an admin job for childrens services so still the council but the work will be different, ive done the stuff in the past that the job is so i should do well in the interview unless the nevers get the better of me.

if i dont get it i think i could get more cash in my current job, they really dont want to lose me

Running in front of trucks is never a brilliant idea

Didn't you tell me months ago there was a chance of being made redundant? Has this passed now? As long as you have job security and you quite like it where you are, you shouldn't let the '''nevers''' get the better of you. I find its when you really want something you f**k it up. You'll be fine!!

And Thurlow, yes, almost running in front of trucks is never a good idea but high grade acid fucks with your reasoning which is why I stopped taking it. That was a shocker.
