Hmm, not sure about growlers. I had an Oggi, but stick to curries, jerk chicken, halloumi wraps, more curries and noodles normally.

I'll now checkout the cider deals as red wine from 2 750ml Glastonbury flagons makes zebedee go to bed too early (pre-2am).

I really don't get oggis'. It's just veg and gristle wrapped in very greasy pasty that I can't seem to swallow. I'm with you on the other stuff though. I love noodles!

Been away for a while and need to catch up.

Need to ask tho how's all the dogs and fur buddies

News just in................

Duo's blood tests are back and Thyroid levels are 190 (should be 60 max) and liver levels not good.

Medication back up to old levels and another blood test in 4 weeks unless we think things are wrong in the meanwhile.

Duo is fast asleep on his fave cushion dreaming about chasing mice.

Ah poor Duo. Let's hope the meds work and he's in the fields chasing mice soon!

Evening, all

Been in Birmingham since my afternoon flurry of posts. Have brought Child 3 with two pals, out for a bit of a birthday tea - he's 14 on Sunday. Have left the revolting adolescents to eat and be independent and cool, while I post on an internet forum sitting in the Bullring listening to Courtney Barnett!

Flagging a bit now. Got home at midnight and to sleep at 1am (from work), only to be woken at 1.20am (those 20 mins were enormously refreshing!) and having to go back into work for a muchos poorlyos bambino. Got home again at 6.30am, two hours sleep, then up for ASDA (well, the shopping won't do itself, will it!), walk with Orlagh, couple of rellies for lunch on their way oop north, then out with Child 3.

So a bit tired. Popped into work after coming into town with the lads, and said baby is, sadly, now with Jesus...(no offence to any NFR'ers with faith, obvs). So bummer.

Right. Off to pick up miscreants. Might post later.

Ben

So, looks like I'm throwing my ticket back in. Got sent home from work today with stress. The house move has hit me harder than I thought financially and have spent the past few days doing the sums and it keeps coming up not enough for glasto.

Broke down in tears at work today so gonna bow out of this thread and wish ye all a wonderful G time. x

Poor Duo, will have to make sure he is given lots of love this weekend when we visit.

Sorry to hear that HMV

Sometimes decisions have to be made in the short term that help life in the long term.

Stay in touch though on FB if nothing else.

If you need a rant you know where I am.

Me too Slodge! Me too. He's still on vet food and will be for the rest of his days, but I've managed to get it down to £83 per month.

That sounds a bit more affordable.

Really hope everything will be ok.

Cuddle from me. (Really miss my fur cuddles).

Oh HMV, I am sorry...

Can understand your need not to be on here, given where you're at with things. I know I'm new, but I also know that, as much as they can be, the peeps on here are always there for you.
