Done. I don't know much about hackery, but better to be safe than have erroneous friends!

Good to renew passwords, but could it have been a FB app that sent them, like those annoying farmville games?

Lots of hacking things on FB ay the moment.

The biggest and nastiest is one saying it is from FB and your account will be closed in 24 hours - DO NOT click on the link else you become Polish Accounting and all your details are nicked.

Please to say we are still FB friends so I am not erroneous :-)

I beleive that putting boiled eggs in a fish pie makes it a Russian Fish Pie! According to Mummy Ginger anyway. Who is not ginger. Hmm.

For dinner last night, I made a creamy vegetable pie, one of those ones in a dish with a lid of pastry. I had lots of veg to use so cooked it all, made a creamy garlicky cheese sauce, whacked that in the dish, then made a herby pastry to go on top. It was the best pastry I have ever made! The whole thing was bloody delicious. Got leftovers for tea tonight :)

If the Ticket Gods could be pleased with pie, that one would be in the running I reckon.

Sounds nice. What veg went in?

I made a tomato pasta sauce with thick bacon, garlic, sweetcorn and kidney beans. No herbs or spices at all (unusual for me) and it was really, surprisingly nice. Not a lot of kidney beans or sweetcorn, just a handful of each. Bloody good, much nicer than I expected.

As for Mummy Ginger not being Ginger - I have a confession to make - Mrs Two Hats normally wears only one hat at a nice, most often no hats at all!

I put a small swede, 3 carrots, a leek, a bit of broccoli and some spring onions in it. Oh and about half an orange pepper too. Cooked all that a bit, and made a sauce with mostly cream instead of milk, a big shake of garlic granules and a bit of cheese. I think it's the best thing I've made in ages, and all from scratch!

That sauce sounds delicious, bacon and sweetcorn in tomatoes is a winner for me. Sometimes you can over flavour things I think.

No hats? Goodness me! What a shock!

;)

(I'm the only ginger in the family, so the technical term would probably be Mummy Lucy, but that sounds weird)
