I'm battling through a knee injury at the moment so trying to fool my body into thinking it has all the time in the world to heal, even thought it doesn't!  I've finally admitted defeat today though, and to appease the Gods I got myself a lovely red r**n poncho.

My favoured period in history is the 1980's. Saturday Superstore, Grange Hill, Duran Duran, house brick mobile phones, shoulder pads......
