Supernintendo Chalmers
Yeah he does. I prefer seeing him DJ im a club, or a festival but his "concerts" are pretty good. Prydz is the only major dj who fills big arenas who I consider credible. Unlike Calvin Harris, Aviici and Guetta, Prydz is a proper artist. Watch from about 1min...http://youtu.be/Br2aljirBwghttp://youtu.be/qvVO_wmH6-M Been saying this for two years. The EPiC show is amazing. Unfortunately all of the tents in Silver Hayes are too small and he's probably not considered mainstream enough to headline the Other Stage. With the rise in popularity of electronic music over the last few years, Glastonbury needs a dedicated stage/area the size of West Holts to accommodate shows like Prydz' or Deadmau5 in addition to the dance 'village' format we have now. That said, Deadmau5 could easily headline the Other Stage.

If you can look past the fact that they are not actually doing much and appreciate the atmosphere, plus the fact the whole crowd goes mental. Then you would enjoy yourself. LondonTom
Remember when David Gueta lost his USB stick and has to cancel his world tour? With the rise in popularity of electronic music over the last few years, Glastonbury needs a dedicated stage/area the size of West Holts to accommodate shows like Prydz' or Deadmau5 in addition to the dance 'village' format we have now. That said, Deadmau5 could easily headline the Other Stage. Maybe but where would it go? There isn't really the space unless you change Silver Hayes into one tent? Jesus Alt J and Calvin Harris would be depressing. I always like an option on The Other on at least one night!! I am going hold out hope that Justice will get a move on with a new album and come along to headline Edited October 15, 2014 by LondonTom
jonodillieono
Does Eric Prydz still do his "Epic" shows? (eric Prydz In Concert) Yer he's just recently done epic 3.0 in Madison Square Garden, the visuals look incredible
jonodillieono
Axwell and Ingrosso did not even use headphones at V lol That's dissappointing, I knew Angello didn't and comes up with some bullshit excuse to justify it but I thought the other 2 still used them

I did appreciate the atmosphere when I saw Calvin Harris at amnesia, but I left that room as I didnt like the tunes and he was not mixing. I'd much rather watch someone like Bayer, Carl Cox, Prydz or Green Velvet. Great atmosphere, better tunes (for me) and more skill.
FuzzyDunlop
Prydz vs Deadmau5 has been on in America.. That is an Well worthy Other stage headliner for me. If people want a "dance" headliner. Edited October 15, 2014 by FuzzyDunlop

Tr234
Would love Prydz or Deadmau5 to headline the other stage. If Justice played, where would they be? West Holts headliner?
Bisque
Saw the Prydz's EPIC show at Global Gathering, debut I think, looked impressive but didn't actually enjoy it all that much. Was weird facing the back of the tent to watch it too. I heard he retweeked the show after for Brixton.

FloorFiller
New Chemical Brothers on Zane Lowe tonight, still think they're a decent shout. think it's too soon myself but definitely would not be against it. still think Calvin is gonna be this years dancey Other headliner. wasn't expecting new material from them so looking forward to hearing this
AdamWillingham
I think alt-J are definitely down for Other Stage headliner, after selling out a UK tour plus I'm sure there show would work great in the dark,

russycarps
I think alt-J are definitely down for Other Stage headliner, after selling out a UK tour plus I'm sure there show would work great in the dark, this seems to be a common thing to say about gigs these days. Alt-j havent even sold out the london gig. The same was said about noel gallagher's "sold out" gig. Yet there are still tickets available for every night apart from glasgow. Why do people feel the need to overhype everything?
kalifire
Justice are great, but they're about as recent as Adele (last proper album 2011). Have they new material on the way? Either way, Justice into Chems would be a huge draw for me.

They did sell out the tour last month, I believe. They announced a gig at the O2 when the tour sold out and that's already sold out standing, and seating obviously takes a while to sell at most arena gigs. I think they said they were working on an album earlier this year. They're pretty scarce nowadays so one would assume they were anyway. I'm not really overhyping it because the gigs did sell out (O2 excluded).
Matt42
If they have got Calvin as an other headliner, it's gonna be pretty damn ambitious, He'l draw a heck of a crowd- yet he's the perfect act to put against a massive headliner. Foo Fighters vs Calvin seems like a likely choice. I think against fleetwood he might get too big of a crowd Edited October 20, 2014 by Matt42

Obviously a younger Other stage headliner is need to go up against Fleetwood Mac if they play but I think Calvin's a bit too big for that, he'd need to be up against the biggest headliner. Winslow Leach
The nice thing about Calvin Harris is he could save himself a journey and press play from his house.
