Slugworth
Just been watching Skrillex videos from last year. (Still can't believe i choose Arcade Fire, but anyway im over that.) It got me thinking how Major Lazer could be a possibilty. Anyone know if they are pre-occupied elsewhere? Edit. Just checked and they are free Friday and Saturday. But i guess if The Chems are nailed on it pretty much rules them out. Edited March 13, 2015 by Slugworth
Untz
I accidentally caught a bit of Major Lazer in 2013 while walking past West Holts. I don't think I understood what was going on; it was all air horns and shouting and not that much music. I went and hid in an iceberg in the Greenpeace field. And it was dead because some doddery band were on the Pyramid.

Was thinking would Skrillex be there? I think he will be, like Fatboy Slim, a permanent Glasto fixture from now on. He loves the place. I caught them at Bestival last year, as I do enjoy some of their songs on rercord....but yeah thats pretty accurate description, very little music going on....was just weird. I've never felt so out of touch and confused at an act before!
Mezhyp1
Bloc Party have started recording a new album http://www.nme.com/news/bloc-party/83595?utm_source=twitter&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=blocparty Would be a great way to comeback and show piece a couple of new tracks, probably too early for this year unfortunately

Stokesy10
If Alt J and Libertines are at Glastonbury this year I will be one of the happiest people there That'd be two of my handful of definites, leaving a large amount of time available for exploring parts I've not had the chance to in the past. The two times I've been, there've been so many acts I've wanted to see.
Stokesy10
Block Party would be a superb Other Stage act. Fingers crossed for that. My PERFECT scenario would be Friday: Libertines. Saturday: Alt-J. Sunday: Prodigy.

neil999
if the 3 american headliners are happening, am going with 3 british headliners for other stage alt j, bloc party, faithless/chemical bros/prodigy(although i suppse we could have 2 dance acts)
roughbloke
I reckon we could get The Prodigy/ Alt J/ Ben Howard.

kingcrawler
I reckon we could get The Prodigy/ Alt J/ Ben Howard. Both Alt-J and The Prodigy can only play Sunday and Ben Howard can't do Friday so it won't be them.
Matt - Ed Banger Records
Could it be Bjork / Ben Howard / Chemical Brothers?
marcwilson87
This is optimistic - but what about Black Sabbath? Sure they are massive, but never played and are doing a final tour...http://www.rollingstone.com/music/news/black-sabbath-to-record-new-album-plan-final-tour-20140929Optimism, sure. Also - Pearl Jam?Both massive bands, but can't see them ever being asked to headline the Pyramid.

Pearl Jam, for example, are not really heavier than QOTSA and they did it? Both look like they'll be playing somewhere in the world this summer and none have be announced for any festivals here.Basically, I'm dreaming and will continue to do so until they aren't on the line up poster. FloorFiller
Taylor Swift / Chemical Brothers / Alt J? Taylor's far too big for Other and is too much of a typical Pyramid act
feline
Taylor's far too big for Other and is too much of a typical Pyramid act I know I'm new to this whole thing but why does that dictate who goes where? Surely Glasto booking Kanye has just shown that they're not sticking to 'typical' at all. She's available and I don't really see why she wouldn't. It's not really about either being too heavy; it's that they're both too big for the Other Stage and neither are touring this summer to even headline the main stage.
