Well there's really not much in subbing Other and headlining John Peel. If they wanted the headline slot in a tent then it'd be fine. Don't know if playing opposite Foo Fighters would matter; I don't consider them that similar or having an obvious crossover.

I'd consider subbing other to be biggest than headlining JPT by quite some way. Compare Paulo Nutini/Pixies/Ellie Goulding to Kaiser Chiefs/MGMT/London Grammar in terms of popularity.

On a personal level it seems a bit disappointing the slots the Vaccines have been getting at festivals, it's as if there's a universal acknowledgement they've past it when they were talked about as a band that could continue moving up to near the top of festival bills, they and indie rock now seem to be being marginalised.

Avicii? :(

Calvin Harris? :(

Please god no...

Yeah seems to have only been the last two years. Been thinking of who it could be in 2015, and of course it is entirely dependent on who gets a pre announced slot or not but I think people like The Cribs/Charlatans/Wombats could be in with a chance of doing it this year.

Yeah that's a point we have really had any high profile park guest slot the last two years. If she doesn't get announced for this year a Florence guest slot at the park on Friday would be excellent
