I've completely forgotten to purchase a carparking ticket for Reading and now I can't find any left anywhere! I've tried both ticketmaster and seetickets, but they are all sold out by the looks!

Is it possible to pay when you arrive or what? Otherwise I'm screwed!

It's not just a bitch in terms of traffic, it's a long run of single-lane windy roads with blind corners and potentially traffic coming the other way. Also, it winds several miles north, so unless you're going to somewhere in Oxfordshire it's an utter nightmare because you have to loop back and drive through the whole of Reading again.
