edgar
Wouldn't be surprised to see Thrice or The Movielife on the lineup somewhere. About time Story of The Year dragged their arses back over here too. Strung Out have a new album out this year and are always worth seeing, and I'd like to see Red City Radio. Strike Anywhere would be a treat, too.
Mezhyp1
Social Distortion are playing in the US at the start of June, hopefully they make their way back over here and play the lock up again
rivalschools.price
Social Distortion are playing in the US at the start of June, hopefully they make their way back over here and play the lock up again Yeah, Social Distortion were great last time. Anti-flag into Social Distortion was a great end to the lock up on the Friday.Especially when the alternative was The Cure.
rivalschools.price
Just noticed that Anti-Flag have new album coming out and are in Europe in August.Surely a possibility. They were fantastic in Glastonbury last year.

justanothername
any immediate stick-ons? personally think appearences from simon neil, frnkiero & the cellabration, American football are all but set in stone I'd say that Simon Neil is more likely for the NME and American Football are more likely for the FR personally (don't even see how AF will even suit The Pit)

dentalplan
American Football are doing a tour then probably fests in early summer, and there are loads of alternative festivals suited to them in the U.S. around R+L, so I would be surprised if they played. #FreeComTruise
Biffy are recording in the summer, and Simon Neil said ZZC wasn't something you could play live. Would be surprised to see him bring it to R&L.
justanothername
And what those two also said which is a shame as I really want to see American Football and I can't make it to their tour Edited January 17, 2015 by justanothername
conroy17
wouldn't be too fussed if American football don't come back to the UK for R&L as I'm seeing the matinee show at leeds brudenell anyway can still see them playing R&L though, just have a hunch

dentalplan
Less Than Jake are doing European fests in August and I'm pretty sure they play every time they're around at the time. Headlined Lock Up last few times so maybe Main Stage this time instead.
Andre91
Less Than Jake on the Main Stage would be a lot of fun! Where abouts would they play? 5/6th down?
conroy17
less than jake would be pretty low on the main, probably bout 7th? not as relevant as they used to be

Andre91
I'll have to have a listen to that! I was listening to Taking Back Sunday earlier and thought how good they would be in The Pit.
justanothername
I'll have to have a listen to that! I was listening to Taking Back Sunday earlier and thought how good they would be in The Pit. From what I've seen it is getting a mixed response, some people love it and other people seem to think it is their worst. I really enjoyed (some people complain about Matt's new vocal style but I really like it) as it seems like a mix of Conduit (which is an underatted album IMO) and their more popular work. But it can't beat Casually Dressed...
DGrant261
How about Drenge headlining the night Metallica play? Refused & Dropkick Murphys as the other headliners
