if you go back by Train or Metro after the concerts, do you get to Cais do Sodré? so it would be useful to have a Hotel near that Station? thanks for an answer!

We've never struggled with trains and taxis, Cais do Sodre isn't far from Alges BUT it is chaos trying to buy tickets. The Metro stops around 1am and the headline bands are on until 3am! So if you are staying up near Marques do Pombal for example you'd have a far walk up Avenida Liberdade.

After deciding to take a year off from Glastonbury this year, looking at trying something new. Attracted to this festival due to the climate and Metronomy/Muse so far on the lineup.

Hoping to hear some more announcements for bands soon.

We're looking at staying at the Mecure Lisboa Hotel for the nights of the festival. Anyone have any ideas on costs for taxi's back from the centre of Lisbon or directly for the festival after bands have played?

Thanks in advance!

The prices ranged, from the airport to the campsite it cost us 20 euros but on the way back it only cost 10 euros and one day we got one from the centre of lisbon and it cost again about 10

Young Fathers just announced for the 9th July - The Thursday is already shaping up nicely with them, Muse, Metronomy and Alt J. Bet there will be a few clashes there too. How far away are the stages from each other?

Just got tickets for this in July, replacement for Coachella which I did last year(and plan to return in 2016). Line up so far is looking good with muse, future islands, metronomy, young fathers, Jesus and mary chain, hopefully plenty more top acts to come.

For anyone going, Future islands are an absolute not to be missed. I saw some incredible acts at Coachella last year(too many too list) but along with Arcade Fire they were the best set of the entire weekend, they create an amazing energy with the crowd(similar to cut copy and empire of the sun - who i'd love to see added to the bill).

I've since seen Future islands 3 times in the UK and they were boss every single time.

So, going by history of past lineup - what other festival lineups are good indicators of who we may be getting this summer? Obviously those playing other Portuguese festivals are ruled out (ie Nos Primavera Sound, Florence and the Machine playing Super Bock, etc) but was wondering if there were other partnered festivals that possibly share headliners?

I see Libertines played both Nos Alive and Benicassim last year, and Bilbao BBK Live are already sharing many acts this year. Any others to look out for?

Just bought tickets, camping and flights for £284 total each with my girlfriend.

We were just wondering what the security is like at Lisboa Campsite, is there anywhere for us to lock away our passports?

Also how frequent are busses to/from the campsite to the festival and how late do they run?

I'm sure it'll all be fine but I thought I might as well ask.

Bring on Lisbon in July!!

Thanks s
