I was crap at it, I used to get customers wanting to phone me to tell me about their week. That wasn't actually what I was paid to do lol I think I was the only one who had customers not avoiding my calls and one even started to chat me up.

Since I was supposed to be trying to arrange payment plans for loan defaulters, I got out first chance I got lol
