Matt42
You are bonkers if you think NWA are 'big enough' to headline the UK's best selling 'rock festival'. They won't even book Kanye. they'd headline west holts at glasto Dr Dre one of the biggest hip hop artists ever, Ice Cube who's well known it itself and Eminem replacing Eazy-E playing... west holts... No... they are a headline act. If they don't headline any festivals that will be because they want to do their own shows. Eminem's shown interest before in Hyde Park so I imagine if they do no festivals they'l do BST.
Andre91
I thought the whole Eminem replacing Eazy-E thing was shot down? I don't think NWA are a headline act tbh.

I have a feeling it'l be one of these things which is denied but then turns out true. He features on Compton so why not? Gucci Piggy
Wasn't the entire thing shot down? N.W.A wouldn't headline a festival like Reading/Glastonbury imo.

I don't think they would either. And yeah the entire flipping thing was shot down and was supposed to have happened to coincide with the film in mid August. Did anyone notice these gigs happen? I have a feeling it'l be one of these things which is denied but then turns out true. He features on Compton so why not? What? They're completely different styles. Eminem rapped as Eminem on Compton, so why does that mean he'd be suitable to take all of Eazy's lines and deliver them in his style? Plus, Eminem doesn't really fit in with most of the content that N.W.A. rap about. Edited September 15, 2015 by dentalplan

They aren't but hype would get them a sub if they played, but it'd be a Wireless act. Eminem isn't filling in/playing for anyone under a headline spot. VCK
I wonder if Dre would be able to pull of his verse in 100 Miles And Runnin'.

Gucci Piggy
Thankfully I don't think they'd bother booking The Killers. Too much of a non-entity these days. They're kind of just there, stinking the place out whenever Mr chuffing Brightside comes on at every social event you attend. Also don't think there's much chance of Vaccines subbing after their festival slots this year. Rest seems fair, though.
supasum
Still haven't seen the killers, would love for it to be at reading, so that was partly hoping ! If a 17th,18th,19th birthday party didn't come to an end with everyone screaming Mr. Brightside arms round each other, then something had gone wrong. Also I feel bloc party must happen next year

#FreeComTruise
I think they must be having a laugh or a bit high/drunk about saying 1975 are next year's headline. They have only had 1 album how can produce a set list for 90min show? With a new album they'd be able to do 90 minutes with ease I should think. They play 20 odd songs at their own shows already, deluxe version of the debut has about 25 songs (not including "EP versions" of tracks). DomDom1984
Fair point. Still not headlining though. Can see them possibly sub though.

Not 90 mins that a casual festival crowd would enjoy, though. Any band with more than one album can play a 90 minute set.
