Tomorrow is Wellie shopping  D-Day. I've got some shit ones which will get through if it's like 2013. They won't survive another  2014 again. £9.99 in Sports Direct that I don't want to have to spend, but left it til Monday last year which is why I have hte shit ones that don't fit...hoping for a conclusive removal of all low pressure in all forecasts by lunch tomorrow.

I don't want to go all NFR NFC on here, but buy them. Better safe than sorry, have and not need etc etc. I'll do you a deal, if it's sunny all festival and you don't need them, in the style of Family Fortunes, I'll give you the money myself.

Buy them or it's your fault.

Plus the chances of zero low pressure in the forecast are zero

ive been watching this thread for a while and I still have no idea what a gfs run or an ensemble is......is it an overly techy way of saying `we also dont really have a clue until monday ish`

GFS = Global Forecasting System (I think) an American weather computer

Each 'run' is a prediction of the future weather.

An ensemble is when the model is run many times with fractionally different inputs - because it is a chaotic system small errors in measurements make big differences so this shows the range of options from now
