You won't need suncream in town. You can't see half the beetham tower. Bleak.

I'm hoping the shit weather will have the effect of making shops discount the suncream, and making all the usual goblins that hang around on a Saturday stay at home.

http://www.weather.com/wx/10day?locid=UKXX7396:1:UK&locale=en_GB

Wednesday - Mostly sunny

Thursday - mostly sunny

Friday - Partly Cloudy

Saturday - showers (but only 40 to 50% chance)

Sunday - showers (but again only 40% chance)

Think at minute its pick your favourite forecast and hope it sticks

All seem to say passing showers and/or cloudy between Fri to Sun though if looking for a trend

Dry wed -saturday (18 -20 degrees), with sunshine and showers on sunday. I would happily take the BBC's forecast now. In fact Wednesday - Saturday is perfection.

If it's going to rain just one day I'd rather it be Sunday. Dry up until then and especially on the Wednesday and Thursday would be ace. Might make getting out a pain but fuck it its getting out.

Have NFR NFC bought exclusive rights to big dog updates this year

*please can this be taken as the joke it's intended to be. I don't want to ignite a slagging match this close to the event especially when our mutual goal of a dry festival is almost in our grasp

Both threads are working together in harmony this year there can only be one outcome if this continues.

It's looking like we are winning as well. :)

when is the next run / ensemble?

The 06 run have just been. It is warmer (around 23 Weds-Sat, cooler on the Sunday) and drier (only a splash rain around on Thurs eve/Friday eve/Sat morning/Sun morning but literally paltry amounts). HOWEVER, the low has moved closer and is across the northern half of the UK now, and it could drift down in future runs.

We're 4-2 up but the ref has just awarded a penalty to the other side.

The lastest met office doesn't look great for the weekend - wind and persistant rain..argghh..lets hope it misses us.

UK Outlook for Thursday 25 Jun 2015 to Saturday 4 Jul 2015:

Dry and bright for many places on Thursday, with the warmest conditions in the east. Windier and cloudier with outbreaks of rain from Friday and into Saturday, although the south and east should keep the warmer and drier conditions for the longest and here it may become very warm and humid. The rain will become persistent and perhaps heavy at times through the weekend, especially in the northwest where the strongest winds are likely to be. The final days of June and early July will probably see further unsettled weather, with the south most likely to see some longer, drier spells. Temperatures are expected to be around normal for the time of year, but above average at times in the southeast and generally rather cool in the northwest.
