The Nal
JACKONE's latest bibble reminds me of the last 30 minutes of Gilliam's Brazil. He makes the forecasts after downing a Calpol sized bottle of lysergic and a bottle of gin from Aldi.

mjsell
Speaking of cloud seeding / altering weather. My sister was involved in the organisation of the Olympic opening ceremony and although it was slightly above her pay grade, she is fairly confident that plans were in place if needed to ensure there was no rain. She doesn't know however whether the good weather we had during the Olympics (fairly sure there was only 1 maybe 2 days of rain) was a result of alterations or just good luck. Northern-Monkey
On a lighter note it looks like Download/IOW are going to get a bit damp - while bad for them this gives me much optimism. Sun drenched Downloads seem to accompany wet Glastonburys in my memory2013, both festivals it only rained once at both, both times pre festival start too. Mind you it didn't half piss it down at Download, thunder n lightning and torrential rain - the ground never managed to fully recover completely from it. tom22
Gavs weather vids starting full Glasto predictions from Saturday onwards.... When we begin the regular update's for Glastonbury it will be very interesting to see whether the model is still attempting to bring us an extended spell of dry and warm weather for the Pre-Glasto period as well as the event itself. Glastonbury update's will start on GWV events page on Saturday evening around 7pm. http://www.gavsweathervids.com/flash.html
