What does TBC mean on rumours? & Last headliner libertines?

What does (tbc) mean on the rumour list? I know it stands for To be confirmed, but are they confirmed going to play? What's the likelihood of The Libertines being the last headliner because I don't really like them and I'd be wasting money if I bought a ticket :\

Neil (the guy who runs the site) has info that they'll be headlining, which is why they're down as tbc. Efests tbc's are very rarely wrong.

It means that he has a lot of information to suggest they're final headliner and the only thing left is just official confirmation from the festival it self so it is pretty much set, but there will be more on so don't worry if you don't like them

It means when a decent band all us inbred regulars on efests like gets a "TBC" we all meet up & do this...

I can only think of two occurrences where a TBC has been wrong... and that's never been a headliner but a band lower on the bill.

They're gonna be a headliner basically but you really wouldn't be wasting you're money at all. I went to Leeds last years and of the headliners only a saw Arctics (Who weren't all that great anyway). Dance/Metal/Indie whatever you're into there will be plenty good alternatives on offer through out the day, even if headliner bookings are weak/not to your taste

Edit: Libs do put on an amazing live show, even if you don't like them that much it's worth witnessing imo
