bca
I'm thinking if anything on Wednesday whoever shows up if Orange E looks too small for all of us to occupy then we can take up two camping spots, you guys can just say that we have a big group coming by on Thursday. This is the main reason for the early bird tickets anyway so you guys have the advantage here hahaha. Although I'm sure that Orange E should be big enough, but just in case I always get the early entry tickets so I can arrive when there's 10,000 people arriving, not 80,000! Makes a big difference to how busy the area is! We'll see how it goes space-wise. It's highly unlikely that we'll get up to 30 tents together, especially with over half arriving on the Thursday. The more important thing IMO that we have space to chill/hang, if we have that it doesn't really matter if everybody isn't sleeping right on top of each other . sheppardus
If you want an early entry this late the only real option is to check gumtree/ebay for anyone that's getting rid of one locally. It'll probably be dirt cheap, but you'll be lucky to find one. Managed to snag an early entry permit for £20 with free recorded delivery I will see you guys tomorrow afternoon. If anyone is a size 8 and needs wellies let me know, I have a pair going spare we had to buy for a friend last year and they are way too big for her

We got em from tesco last year but they must've gotten damp as we couldn't get them going, so we just bought burgers instead, and I think the raw burgers ended up in someones tent! CroftyB
Hey Guys and Gals, Newbie here and Reading virgin although Glasto vet Will be with a mate who's never been to any festival as far as I am aware. We have a white car park pass and was gonna camp in white but this sounds right up our street, new people and funny too. We wont be there til Thursday AM earliest as I have to drive form Stoke to Watford then to Reading!!!! Won't ask for space to be saved as its just a pain and ruins peoples fun but will keep an eye out in Orange E for the flag Chris Berty, same as you, worst case I'll be camping in white but looking for a fire and new people to chill with. Really looking forward to it now, not packed or got anything ready but that's part of the fun

bca
Quick question, even though I have white car park pass can I camp anywhere? Just talking to my mate and he is thinking orange too looking at the site map Answered my question before I posted it! It just means you will park in the white car park and enter through the white gate. Once you're in you can go anywhere. White is "family" camping - so you'd only camp there if you wanted a quieter weekend. It's a relatively long walk from white camp, but it's pretty easy. Cross the bridge in white camp into brown. Turn right just after you see the toilets in brown and you'll eventually end up in orange, right past E. If you need to remember your way back to the car park, just check which number roads you take - the roads are all numbered, and the numbers are up on telegraph poles at the start and end of each road. It's pretty difficult to get lost in the campsites compared to some festivals! Edit: If you're late can't get in Orange, the other campsites in order of rowdy to quiet are: Green Yellow Orange Purple/Red (pretty similar atmosphere) Brown White Edited August 25, 2015 by bca
