Not sure when to get the train in, I'm looking outside and my current thought is never

With the current weather, I think I'll be driving my 4X4 so I can play in the mud when I get to the car park.    I'll also have a tow rope should any "Camp Loners" get stuck. 

I'll bring my heavy duty tow rope as well just in case. My Toyota Prius is great in the mud!

Hello peeps I'm after a bit of advice, I would really prefer to drive down thursday after work, will get to the site at 9 if I'm lucky, 11 if not so lucky.

My questions are -

 

Are the campsites lit, or will i be pitching in the dark?

Will they even let me in the car park at 11?
