But the lowest rate package for 2 is £1100 + cost of tickets on top (I think). Says he saw Wayne Rooney there one year.

I know a guy who does windinglake every year too....  expensive, and their caravans are VERY basic, but he's basically guaranteed a tickeyt as he's one of their regulars.  I believe they scaled up their operations a year or 2 back, to allow more punters, but it all went a bit shit for them / too many people to manage / blaggers etc, so they have scaled down their numbers again.

Nope it just means they're fiddling with the system. There's no one left to pay off their balance, you forfeit your ticket if you don't pay within the required week.

all deposits have been refunded, its impossible to have paid a deposit.

A deposit is required for this event. A deposit ticket has not been purchased using this registration.
