its never gonna be advertised when and if there is a sale the only way anyone will get one is by doing what we're doing and constantly checking the pages and of course with Siblins help

I think the point is that there will be more people constantly checking. People who were not aware that the secret sales even happened before seeing it on twitter.

It's also alerted them to keep their eyes on the ticket page for further info.

We knew the sale was going to happen at some point. Something to be said for patience and a bit of trust in Siblin's system.

Well there seems to be very little chatter on twitter checking #secretresales #glasto #glasto2015 and another one to watch is the #twisto camp who all buy for each other and they haven't mentioned anything.

Google on the other hand is the first place I and it seems many other people turn to and this forum is right up there.

To Google Glastonbury secret resale presumes prior knowledge of one.

Has there always been a secret resale, I only found out about one when I got my tickets through them 2 years ago, have there been any prior to that?

Of course they don't. But the idea of a thread like this is to help people who contribute to this forum. Not the wider twitter community.

Oh and could you please share your fail safe guide to getting tickets in the main sales? I'm sure it would be very useful to many on here

They're just the words of someone who has been lucky! I've always got tickets in the general sale, and got them for others in the resale. However, for the first time ever this year (using all the same tactics that have previously been successful) I failed to get my freinds tickets in the resale - not even a sniff. So there's definitely a large element of luck involved.

And then on the next sale put someone else's reg details in and it turned out they already had a ticket so got kicked out lol

1) get multple laptops

2) download google chrome

3) download refresh monkey (extension)

4) open settings, extensions, set refresh monkey to work in incognito mode

5) open 9 incognito windows on your screen, goto seetickets.glastonbury.com, change zoom on screen so you can see when the page changes

6) set refresh monkey to refresh every 5 seconds and to stop when the url changes (even if it doesnt stop, refreshing on the payment page isnt a problem)

even if you only have 3 laptops thats the same as having 27 computers on the go. i had 3 laptops today and got through about 6 times.

Thats something i posted on reddit. It helped quite a lot of people get tickets in the resale. Ive never had any problem getting through.

There's a difference between hiding information and shouting it from the rooftops. This is an open forum so it's far from hidden.

But people on here would rather that people on here get tickets, there's nothing strange about that.
