Secret resales 2015

Don't really understand why they would be messing about with it at all if they are no longer using that page, unless seetickets IT are monitoring this and just messing with everyone

It's been doing it on and off for a while, but a lot of us have noticed and posted about it happening a lot today in particular. Could be a sign of something, could be nothing, but I guess we're all still here because we still have hope!

its event not found for us all most of the time, but now and then it changes to the holding page, seemingly for different people at different times

If you already have the page open (and have for a while) you will get the timer screen. If you try and open it you get event not found.

The former happens as the links to where that page would go on ticket sales now does not exist so it loops onto the holding page.

Basically tis not good news

Yep, but usually much closer to the main announced resale date. If one does happen between now and the festival it will be the latest it's ever happened (I think)

to answer your questions, maybe, but probably not, and last year there was 1 final sale, the year before there was a general tickets & a coach ticket sale

I know a couple of people who stewarded for Oxfam on VGA one year and saw a guy come flying in on a bicycle! As far as they know he got away because people were too busy getting out of his way to stop him

I'm one of the lucky ones who have tickets but keep an eye on this thread in the hope you're all celebrating getting them in the se ret resale.

Have to say I admire the positivity and dedication of you all - sincerely hope you all get the tickets, you body deserve it after all this time!! Think positive

Yeah that would be really, really saddening...

Basically just handed out to locals who'll pop in for a few hours instead of giving another opportunity to the hardcore fans to attend

but wouldn't they be offered first ? Keeping the local people involved and happy would be a no 1 requirement IMO.

 

On the other hand it could be just a handful that wouldn't be worth selling, unless you are here of course

But they will have taken the view that keeping the locals sweet is more important for the license and the long term future of the festival.

Not saying I agree with it - but it isn't surprising
