People have paid for a page checker, and this is what they have been provided with. Same as if I buy a lottery ticket, I'm just in with a chance but no guarantee.

Yeah the service wasnt set up to guarantee a resale, just inform us of page changes, which it has.

The service has still been running, and it's never been advertised as a guarantee of tickets.

Neil bought thousands of texts not long ago - he will be out of pocket too! I bought another month as I thought it would be a nice way of thanking him for the service x

The 1100001 page is no more. If tickets went on sale it may reappear and it may not. Far better to just monitor the main page.
