Everyone's gone to bed at this end. It is most bizarre. We are going for an afternoon curry at around 3pm and then driving back. I am not looking forward to that journey. It took us over 2 hours just to get through London on the way down. I am no longer used to urban traffic. Oh, and Bill drives (I discovered on the way down) in a manner which I firmly believe increases the probability of having a crash. I mean, I could just about deal with him using his knees to steer while rolling a ciggie as we hurtled along the motorway, but I couldn't deal with him turning around to look at me in the back when he was talking to me. His eyes were off the road for far too long. Scary Mary territory. If I ever come down here again, it'll be by train, tube etc -
😬My worst nightmare. I think that sort of thing is frowned upon these days.🤣
