campervan towing a caravan how many passes needed?

Hello

I have a small VW camper and was planning to tow a caravan to Glastonbury. I have one campervan pass for the van, do I need another for the caravan?

T&Cs say this

Each Caravan or Campervan must have a Campervan ticket and each person within the vehicle must have a valid Weekend Festival ticket.

Only one Campervan/or Caravan with car may be parked in each approximate 6m x 8m pitch.

But as it is being used to two a Caravan it might be different, so probably best to email the festival & see what they say.

I took a VW baywindow and a small folding Caravan in 2010 and 2011. After enquiring with the Glastonbury office people, they said only one campervan pass would be required if everything fitted in the allotted 7x8m pitch.

Space available seems to be luck of the draw, however.

2011 we were squashed onto a muddy corner,

2010 we had plenty of room in glorious sunshine

Did they squash you in a corner because you had a van and caravan. I have been to the camper field before with a Bongo but this is the first year I will be using a VW and a caravan. Basically its because we only got one camper pass

DeadAmos, twas a Rapido Confortmatic 'T' , 2 berth with toilet/washroom compartment. Now sold and sadly missed.

Travis, I don't think I was squashed into a corner for any particular reason, other than somebody decided they had a space to fill. Pretty much luck of the draw I would say. Was dreading being right on the walkway but it provided entertaining people watching, people walking to gate C loaded up. Indeed the Thursday daytime was spent hanging round the camper getting exceedingly drunk! .
