Can anybody identify this oddball performer from last year?

Exactly when I saw him, I'm not sure, but it was daytime. He was on a little riser stage (I think they're called) somewhere in the markets. He was a big American fellow with a beard and long hair, well-dressed in possibly a three-piece suit. I arrived when he was already in full flow. He had a headset microphone and was very shouty and ran around a lot, becoming evidently hot and sweaty. His show was very eccentric; one thing he did was to get some audience member(s) to get into a very big pair of trousers with him, for no clear reason other than silliness. He also ran around a lot, shouting at audience to members to kiss a plastic duck as he held it out to them.

As you can imagine, this was a highlight, but I'd like to know who he was...... Anybody know?

This is the one and only Paul Currie. We were also walking past that stage while he was running around the stage getting people to KISS THE DUCK! We had to stand and watch that kind of insanity... I'm so very glad we did, it was one of the highlights of my weekend. Surreal, crazy and superbly funny....

Oh, and he is back in the circus fields this year. :thumbsu:
