I really didn't get Muse, they just seemed to annoy me. However I do think they are deserving of a headline spot (Even if they have done it before). Just not my thing! Plus plenty of other stage options to go and see.

However so many people have said how good they are live, so I watched The Glasto Gig from 2010 (i think) on yo tube, ran it through the TV with the surround sound up loud (sorry neighbours).....................Oh my god I was wrong!!!!! NOW I GET IT!!!!!!! Wow, cant wait to see them on the Friday :-)

It's not likely and the Other vibe does suck generally.  The sound there at headliner o' clock *can* be amazing though.  See: Portishead.  *sigh*

Highly amusing that so many were complaining about the depressing nature of Adele on a Saturday night but they are falling I've themselves for Radiohead instead

Who gets a bigger crowd at the Pyramind, Radiohead or Beyonce?

So the Other stage would easily be big enough for radiohead if Adele was on the Pyramid at the same rime. Easy easy easy!

I honestly can't see NO subbing anyone. They may play a smaller stage or may even do the Friday.

They have not been announced for any other UK festival. It looks to me that they will have a pretty prestigious slot at Glasto.

They did last time they played. On the Pyramid, but still subbing.

True as that may be, would the fact Radiohead will probably cost more than any usual Other headliner (I assume, due to their major festival headlining status) and the fact they don't accept non-headlining slots anywhere else make it very unlikely?

I agree the crowd probably wouldn't be too big, but for the reasons above (and your New Order info) I find it very unlikely.
