I find it unlikely that they'd do a secret set as well, having already done one in '11.

I found it far more plausible that Radiohead would headline, and Muse do a secret set, but...

The Muse-Adele-Coldplay headliners have been confidently rumoured for a while now and it looks as though it's going to be correct. When was the last time that happened on here? Does it happen often or was this year just too easy?..

If there is a secret set, then I imagine it would have to be on the Pyramid (or maybe Other).  The last one at the Park was mayhem.  I was by the side if the sound desk, and when looking back, all I could see was bodies all the way up the hill.  I don't think they would risk this again.

From what Neil is saying, maybe there could be a gap in Pyramid times, maybe an early finish from Adele?

Secret set as in Libertines last year? Not announced until they walk on stage (although bound to be on Twitter few hours before?) Did work well that to be fair.

I think Adele's a great choice of headliner.  She's the biggest artist in the world, she's a 'new' festival headliner and so expanding the pool, she's female (and we all agree that there is a lack of female headliners) and she crosses several demographics.

I'd love it to be Radiohead but I think Adele's a great booking for the festival.

It is a shame they no longer play anything off Technique. Have never known any other band not play a single tune off what is widely regarded as their best album. I never tire of Dream Attack, would love to hear it again.

I meant this time Stu. I really can not see them subbing the 2nd stage. They are 60 now and in all likelihood this will be their last Glasto appearance. It is clearly not about the money in regards to New Order, otherwise they would be on the TITP, V and Leeds line up's. I think they would like to see out their Glasto careers in a blaze of glory.

I'm so indifferent about all of the headliners this year, and we've known for ages that it's gonna be Muse/Adele/Coldplay so even the speculation hasn't been that exciting. 

Yet I'm still checking this thread several times a day just in case something has changed.
