Headliners 2016

I'm sure Muse will do a hits heavy set at Glastonbury, a career spanning set. They won't do the Drones Tour set list, they know headlining Glastonbury demands the hits and not just an extension of the latest album tour.

i'm not saying they won't do a hits heavy set. of course they will! but they've had many hits since Origin. as i said, if they're gonna play heavily from an older album its more likely to be Absolution (Apocalypse Please, Time Is Running Out, Hysteria) or BH&R (Take a Bow, Starlight, Supermassive Black Hole, Map of the Problematique, Knights of Cydonia) than Origin

Personally, if they're going down the Saturday night light entertainment route we might as well have a few breaks in her headline set and have Brian Connelly, Cannon & Ball and that fucking performing dog from BGT on while 'DelGirl does her costume changes. 

It might lighten the mood a bit.

I draw the line at the Krankies though. The little kid freaks me out.

Does anyone remember the emu stall back in the 90s? They had a bunch of little emu marionettes you could play with under a strobe light with Hendrix blasting out - hours of fun.

To this day I thought I'd hallucinated that.

I also spent what seemed like hours looking around for my coat at that Radio 1 DJ booth stage thingy (remember that?) before a kindly stranger reminded me it was in the clear plastic bin bag I was carrying so I could put it on the floor while dancing without it getting muddy.

If it is a Saturday Night thing then nowadays that surely means it must be hosted by Ant and Dec.
