Maybe IOW as well? Not sure Glastonbury would pay what they want, so they'd need convincing that the exposure and sales they'd get by headlining would be worth offset what they'll 'lose' in the fee of playing.

No announcement but they'll be playing Coachella.  If the news was accurate that Glastonbury had their headliners locked up weeks ago, GnR is probably not playing.  My understanding is that this all just came together.

Highly doubt they'll play Coachella next year. They won't be prepared to reunite for a festival in seven months time when Slash's tour is still to run until the end of the year and such a huge reunion as this would take A LOT of ironing out financially. Year after I could see happening.
