Springsteen joined Jackson Browne just yesterday for his Red Bank, New Jersey show (it's a Jersey shore town...Clarence Clemons used to have a band called the Red Bank Rockers), as it was the Boss' birthday

 

2010 on the Pyramid was quite a treat. i'd never seen him before, had always wanted to, usually he's a pricey gig these days, and that saturday set was easy enough to get a spot right on the barrier too.

he's quite good friends w/ Eavis i believe...stayed with him on one of his past appearances long ago. but yes, quite unlikely we'll get him again

It feels to me like LCD have been gone for ages - because I've become a huge fan since then but never got to see them. Few acts I'd like to see more than them so as soon as (if) they come back I'll be right on it. Reckon there's plenty of people in a similar situation to me so it would be a pretty big reunion even if it's only been a few years.

A reunion LCD Soundsystem gig would be just as big, if not bigger, than a New Order gig. I wouldn't be surprised to see LCD Soundsystem take a bigger slot, albeit not directly above.

Even if they were an exclusive elsewhere like Outkast, think I'd probably go. Still disappointed that I was too young to get into em until after they ended, especially as they did academy shows a few months before.

What has you excited? Other than a vague hope of finally seeing Radiohead at the festival, I can't think of anyone I'd like to see who are likely to headline.

It's all about the undercard for me, even more than before.
