With respect, Korn are a huge band who headline festivals around the world. Their songs are much more widely known that Sleep Token's.   Whilst Sleep Token will obviously sell tickets as they are a buzz band, Korn appeal to the casual fan far more as people who have grown up with rock and metal know their songs. 

Only refresh when the all tickets allocated message appears. Refreshing when you are waiting in the queue will bump you to the end of the queue. in a previous sale the payment page froze when I put in details and I hit the back button and it restarted. I’d be scared to do that now.
