Really tempted by this. How busy does it get? Do they limit the numbers at busier times?

Also is it compulsory nude? I don't mind but not sure about the people I'm going with....

Not compulsory, but my experience was 95-100% nude in the sauna, those i had seen in swimwear one day had joined in by the next. So long as they are okay with being around nudity, they will come around. People had a few more layers on outside depending on the weather

I might go for it too. I visited friends in Finland a year or so ago, their attitude to being nude was so refreshing! Plus I discovered my love for the sauna and need a fix

Yes its that attitude that i liked so much last year, nudity is not looked at the same way as outside the gate. Am really looking forward to this sauna fix, a year in the waiting, i don't know about you but once you have done a nude sauna other ones are not as comfortable.

I cant speak for the whole time, but i never experienced it. And i went every day for 2-3 hours. I don't think the vibe is really conducive, is really chilled out and friendly/hippy ' the lads' would feel out of place

Just make sure you allow longer than you think you need. Once in, warmed, cleansed, relaxed and calmed, getting yer kit back on and heading off feels like the last thing you need.

Its a pity we can't identify fellow eFesters in there. Anyone got any distinguishing features? I've a birthmark on my shin, am short sighted and wear a thumb ring.

I guess everyone has the thing that they are uncomfortable about themselves, but the best thing about a place like this is that you see that there is no normal, everyone is just themselves (it makes you much more comfortable in just being you as you are)

Not done it myself, but through comments i have read in other forum topics you can pay the difference on the way out to make it a festival pass.

I've paid for day passes in the past. I think it was £10 in 2013 and they let you come and go throughout the day and offered to upgrade but I said no as I was off doing other things and knew I sadly wouldn't be able to go back. Might go for a weekend pass this time though.
