Royal mail have lost our tickets

Cheers for the advise. Just rang Royal mail who confirmed redelivery is due tomorrow. Hopefully I am being paranoid, but I won't be able to relax about it until I have my ticket in hand!

my tickets are stored away somewhere very safe where I can't loose them! Don't understand how some people are so careless and reckless with stuff!

When I was raised I was taught to care of the things that I bought, and look after things!
